In 2019, she was an intern at the University of Cardiff and, in 2021, she won a scholarship “Scaling relations in nearby galaxies: the interplay of stars, dust and gas” at the Università degli Studi di Padova” (Italy). She joined the Department of Physics of the University of Crete and the Institute of Astrophysics (IA-FORTH) in November 2022 as a PhD student under the supervision of Dr. Tanio Diaz Santos.

During his undergraduate studies he completed his senior thesis entitled "Relativistic QED versus classical magnetic resonant cross-sections" under the supervision of Prof. N. Kylafis and Prof. J. Truemper (MPE). Since 2019, he is a member of the Institute of Astrophysics currently working with Prof. N. Kylafis on a project related to cyclotron line formation in a radiative shock. In parallel, he studies the properties of various dark matter models, as well as their impact on structure formation and strong gravitational lensing under the supervision of Prof. V. Pavlidou, Prof. K. Tassis, and Dr. C. Casadio. Moreover, he is involved in the SMILE project focusing on theoretical calculations of the lensing probabilities.  In 2021, he was awarded a fellowship from the IA/FORTH and in 2022, he received the "ELISABETH KARAMINTZOU" award for his academic excellence.

In 2020, he started studying ultra-high—energy cosmic-rays and working on modeling mixed-composition ultra-high—energy cosmic-ray air showers in the Earth’s atmosphere, under the supervision of Prof. V. Pavlidou. In the same year, he started working with Prof. E. Kiritsis on a project on "Holographic RG flows on deformed 3-sphere".
 

Since 2021, under the supervision of Prof. Vasiliki Pavlidou, he is using machine learning methods to detect the turnaround radius of galaxy clusters.

In September 2021 he started working on his senior thesis under the supervision of Professor Vasiliki Paulidou and her graduate student Stelio Romanopoulo on Backtracking of ultra-high-energy cosmic-rays through the Galaxy’s magnetic field in order to determine their sources and their composition.

In the August of 2020, he started working on his senior thesis with Prof. Elias Kiritsis entitled "Holographic Theories defined on a squashed 3 dimensional sphere". In 2021, he started working with Prof. Vasiliki Pavlidou on the study of phenomena beyond the standard model of particle physics that are detected through interactions of Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays with the atmosphere.

During the summer of 2021 she worked as an intern at Skinakas Observatory under the supervision of Dr. Reig. In 2022 she started working on her senior thesis with Dr. Reig studying the variability in Be/X-ray binaries. 

During the summer of 2021 he was an intern at FORTH’s Institute of Astrophysics. One year later, he officially became a member of the Institute when he started working on his senior thesis under the supervision of Prof. Andreas Zezas concerning star clusters and X-ray binaries of NGC2276.

One year later, he officially became a member of the Institute when he started working on a research project under the supervision of Prof. Andreas Zezas concerning sub-galactic scaling relations between X-ray binaries and stellar population parameters.

In 2019, under the supervision of Prof. Vasiliki Pavlidou, he participated in the “SMILE: Search for Milli-Lenses” project, and became an official member of the project in 2021. The same year he started working, under the supervision of Dr. Casadio Carolina, on his senior thesis concerning the study of a sample of compact radio loud sources using VLBI radio data in search of strong gravitational lens systems that could account for Dark Matter halo candidates.
