Education	Marios Papoutsis graduated from Skipero's highschool in Corfu with grade 19.6/20 (‘Excellent’). Since 2018, he is an undergraduate student in the Dept. of Physics of the University of Crete.

Education	Katia Gkimisi graduated from the 1st High School of Agia Paraskevi, Athens and entered the undergraduate program in the Department of Physics, University of Crete in 2016. She completed her BSc in 2020 and she continued to the MSc program of Advanced Physics.
Career	In 2018 she started a project on intrinsically polarized stars, under the supervision of professor Konstantinos Tassis. She then commenced her undergraduate thesis, entitled "Detecting artefacts in Robopol images using Deep Convolutional Neural Networks" in which, with the help of PhD candidate Rafael Skalidis, she analyzed data taken outside the mask of the RoboPol instrument.

Education	Lydia Markopoulioti completed her undergraduate studies in the Physics Department at the University of Crete in 2020 and joined the MSc program of Advanced Physics.
Career	In the third year of her undergraduate studies (2018), she started working on her diploma thesis, entitled "Classification of stars to normal and intrinsically polarized", under the supervision of Prof. Kostantinos Tassis. For her MSc project she is working on mid-infrared spectroscopy of luminous interacting galaxies under the supervision of Dr. Tanio Diaz Santos.

Education	Giorgos Savathrakis graduated from the 3rd High School of Heraklion in 2016. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Department of Physics of the University of Crete and joined the MSc program in "Advanced Physics" in 2020. He is also a member of the Students' Astronomy Group of the University of Crete.
Career	He participated as a high school student in the Students' Astronomy and Space Science contest where he reached the third phase of the contest for two consecutive years (2015,2016). Kyritsis

Education	Elias Kyritsis obtained his BSc in Physics at the University of Crete in 2018 as well as his MSc in 2020 under the supervision of Prof. Zezas. He commenced his PhD in astrophysics in 2020.
Career	During the summer of 2019 he attended a research program at the European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESTEC) of ESA in the Netherlands. He is working with Prof. Andreas Zezas in topics related to observational astrophysics and machine learning.

Tsouros

Education	Alexandros Tsouros completed his BSc in Physics from the Univ. of Crete in 2019 as a valedictorian in his class. His undergraduate thesis was entitled "de Sitter versus Anti de Sitter flows and the (super) gravity landscape" and was performed under the supervision of Prof. E. Kiritsis. He then moved to Oxford University from where he was awarded an MSc in Mathematical and Theoretical Physics in June 2020.
Career	Alexandros Tsouros joined the Institute of Astrophysics as a PhD student in August 2020 to work under the supervision of Prof. V. Pavlidou. In 2021 he was awarded a fellowship from the Hellenic Foundation for Research & Innovation towards the completion of his thesis entitled "Reconstructing the Magnetic Field of the Milky Way via Astrophysical Techniques and Numerical Simulations", being ranked 1st in Greece in the field of Natural Sciences In 2024 he received the "Eleftherios N. Economou Doctoral Student Research Award” from the Department of Physics.
Interests	Theoretical astrophysics, studying the magnetic field of our Galaxy.
