             Prodromos Fotiadis graduated from Nikiforos Drama High School in 2023 with a grade of 19.8/20. The same year, he started his undergraduate studies in the Department of Physics at the University of Crete. As a student, he represented Greece in several Balkan and International Mathematics Competitions (JBMO, BMO, IMO). In March 2025, he joined the Institute of Astrophysics at FORTH. Under the supervision of Prof. Kylafis and Nick Loudas (Princeton University), he is studying accretion onto strongly magnetized neutron stars and the associated X-ray radiation, with a focus on the formation of cyclotron lines in the accretion column.  |
