Marios Papoutsis graduated from Skipero's highschool in Corfu with grade 19.6/20 (‘Excellent’). In 2018, he joined as an undergraduate student the Dept. of Physics of the University of Crete. He graduated in 2022 and was admitted in the Advanced Physics MSc program. |

During his undergraduate studies, he completed his senior thesis entitled "The energy spectrum of accretion discs in AGN" under the supervision of Prof. I. Papadakis. He is currently working on his master thesis, which extends the previous work to include relativistic effects in accretion discs. |
