Anastasia started her undergraduate studies in the Department of Physics at the University of Crete in 2018. She graduated in 2022 and commenced her MSc in Advanced Physics in 2023. |

During the summer of 2021 she worked as an intern at the Skinakas Observatory under the supervision of Dr. Reig. In 2022 she started working on her senior thesis with Dr. Reig studying the long term optical variability of Be/X-ray binaries. She also spend 5 months at the Max Planck Institute for Astronomy as an intern where she worked on the project entitled: "Do all gaps in protoplanetary discs host planets?". In 2023 she started working for her master thesis studying the long-term polarimetric variability of Be/X-ray binaries in order to study the neutron star-disc connection. |
