Abstract :

The European Pulsar Timing Array (EPTA), is a collaboration of European radio observatories and research institutes, working for the advancement of radio pulsar timing and gravitational-wave (GW) astronomy.
With precision timing data since 1996, the EPTA has gradually contributed greatly to the search for nHz GWs.
In this talk, I'll present important EPTA milestones, and conclude on current and planned efforts in the context of nHz GW detection efforts.
I will discuss the data, the scientific topics covered, analysis methods and results, as well as the role of the EPTA in the International Pulsar Timing Array (IPTA) consortium.
