Abstract :

Currently, there are many tensions in cosmology, with the Hubble constant tension being the most famous, and embarrassingly, we still don't know what 90% of the universe is. One of the best ways to explore these topics is to measure distances vs redshift. In this talk, I will present a new method (known as a "causality distance") that uses the speed of light to calibrate a standard ruler and VLBI to measure apparent sizes. The observing program performing weekly observations from Korea to Australia and South Africa has recently begun. I present some early results and discuss the potential of the program.
