Konstantinos Kovlakas obtained his BSc in Physics (2014) and his MSc in Computational Physics (2016) at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece). He completed his PhD at the University of Crete and the Institute of Astrophysics - FORTH in 2020.
Career :
Upon completion of his PhD Dr. Kovlakas moved to the University of Geneva, Switzerland. He returned to the Institute of Astrophysics in March 2021.
Interests :
Ultraluminous X-ray source populations and host galaxies; X-ray binary population synthesis simulations; Astrostatistics; Application of Graph Theory for the study of large scale structure of the Universe; Computational Physics.
